Gear can be upgraded into something stronger or repaired before it fails you. Resources are never as plentiful as you need them to be. Use them carefully.

Every three nights a monstrous alien threat blocks your path. Your only option is changing the speed of your victory or defeat.

Spend resources between runs on permanent upgrades. Unlock new equipment to further your builds. Each expedition starts better than the last.
